I grew up here in Campbell River, I believe I’ve lived in other places in mainland BC but I was too young to remember them. Currently still living in Campbell River.
Currently still in University Transfer but I’m taking courses towards the Advanced Digital Design and Development Diploma.
I’m taking this class because I took IMG 102 last year and that kind of showed me that these programs even existed and that I had a greater interest in what IMG/DGL was offering instead of going towards computer science.
I hope to learn how websites actually run and why they may look the way they do, as well as learn skills I can actually use to make something(For example even with all the programming courses I’ve done if you asked me to make an app you could run on your computer I wouldn’t even know where to start). After graduation, I hope to continue to do work in this field and to hopefully love what I do.
