Pretty good. The copy deck is the written content – so that would be the content writer. As well, Quality Assurance is usually done by the developer in the absence of QA Engineer (they are on the same team), though the UX Designer is responsible for user testing, which is different (but I can see how it sounds the same and don’t expect you to understand the difference at this stage). I think if I didn’t want to make the developer responsible for testing their own code, I would assign QA to the Product Manager.
You’ve done a good job of summarizing the roles of the people you have, but who does the tasks of the roles you don’t have? Who does the QA? Who does the Marketing? Who tells the team whether a project is technically feasible?
