- Document Sharing: Google Drive
- Google Drive is one of the cheaper available options at $8USD per user, but each user gets 100GB of storage and the company gets 2TB of pooled storage. If the document is something simple like a word document each user can edit the document at the same time and suggest changes.
- Version Control: GitHub
- GitHub is also a relatively cheap service that everyone already knows of, it’ll allow you to easily work within your code editor and will let you know what changed when you push it. Also allows us to track bugs, prioritize work and have discussions about the project on GitHub if we so choose
- Prototyping: InVision
- InVision allows us to make a completely interactive prototype that is easy to set up, change and supports different devices. Supports many different file types for any stage in development. Also makes it much easier for the client to see what the end product could look like as they can also access the prototype
- Time Tracking and Project Management: monday
- using Monday will allow us to tackle both time tracking and project management with one application. It’s also integrated with google drive when putting files into boards, slack when sharing information and files and GitHub when talking about syncing features.
- Code Testing: JSFiddle
- JSFiddle is super simple, free and allows collaboration provides a nice area to test GitHub issues as you can simply send a link to someone. Also supports different javascript libraries allowing it to be a little more flexible
- Digital Marketing Analytics, Search Engine Optimization and Page Speed Testing: Siteimprove
- Siteimprove allows us to have our analytics, search engine optimization and page speed all in one place. From a marketing standpoint, it’ll allow us to define our own key metrics and see heatmaps for how users are using the site. SEO is also provided with this site allowing us to better optimize content, see keywords, and help with any duplicate content. Page speed is also tested here, it can use Lighthouse (made by Google), see how long before a user can perform an action on-site load and help us see where any files we may use are stored when it comes to the server’s location.

Great!
You’ve made some excellent selections. The writing is geared towards a team. I like that you emphasize price point, because that’s usually an important consideration. You’ve bundled functions together nicely to reduce interfaces.
You’ve missed opening the links in a new tab. Here is a hint for future posts:
